My name is Fi Yang, and we’ll be doing a relaxation and stress release technique.
Let’s begin by laying down on the floor and closing your eyes. Roll your palms to face upward and tuck your shoulders in underneath your body. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through an open mouth. Release your skeleton to the floor and feel the pull of gravity, the weight of your body dropping down. Begin to release your muscles, your joints and your organs. Continue breathing in and out deeply. Picture a soft and relaxed place that you’ve been and relish in the sensation of what that was. Continue breathing in and out, relax your belly.
This simple technique will allow you to release your stress and relax your body and mind.
