My name is Fi Yang, and we’ll be doing a relaxation within a breathing technique.
Let’s begin by laying down on the floor, closing your eyes, and placing one hand on your belly and the other hand on your chest. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through an open mouth. Close your lips and begin to settle your body into the floor. Allow your lower back to soften and your shoulders to spread out. Every time you breathe in, feel your belly gently push towards the ceiling. As you breathe out, feel the belly drop in towards your spine. Release all the muscles on your face. Begin to breathe into your lower back - into your under arms.
This breathing technique will reduce tension and release anxiety.
