My name is Fi Yang, and Iíll be teaching you a technique to release eye tension and fatigue, itís called Yoga for the eyes.
Letís begin by closing your eyes and breathing in and out in a relaxed manner. When youíre ready, open your eyes and look as far up as possible, then as far down as possible. Bring your eyes back to the center as you breathe in and look as far to the left as you can. Back through the center and to the right. Begin to rotate counter clockwise looking down and then to the left, and then as far up and to the right as possible Ė switch directions. Look to the right, then up, and then to the left and then down.
Letís finish up by rubbing the hand together briskly and placing the heated palms on your eyes. Practice this technique as often as you like when you have eye strain.
