Hi, Iím Brent Phillips, from Theta Healing, LA. And Iím here today to teach you how to do the Standing Muscle Test. Muscle testing is a great technique that allows us to tap directly into the bodyís intelligence, our own subconscious mind, and ask it yes or no questions and get answers.
The standing test is great because itís very fast and easy to learn. What you want to do is stand up very tall and straight; make sure there is no bending your knees. Stand as tall as you can while in a comfortable posture. When we do the standing muscle test, you want to look down at your toes and make sure your toes are straight forward. You donít want to have your toes open or your toes pointed together. Most people test best with their toes pointed straight forward. So when we do the standing test, you stand up and make a statement like, ďIím a manĒ and your body will naturally tilt or push forward. When you make the opposite statement like, ďIím a womanĒ, my body will go backwards.
