Hi, I’m Dr. Dr. Lin Morel. Are you feeling stuck or stagnant in your life? Stagnation is a feeling that tells us that something in our emotion, our mind, or body is not in alignment. Having a good purpose and a vision will allow you to align your body, mind and feelings. But if there is something out of balance, something stagnant in your life, you’ll find in spite of your best efforts, is very hard to step forward. Take the time to look at: Is it emotional? Is it mental? Or is it physical?
Sometime the cure is as simple as getting up and taking one step forward. We tend to get stagnant in our life when we run future projects or when we’re held captive in our past. Being in the moment and entering into a dialogue with that sense will open the doors for your body, mind and your emotions – to bring you to the future you desire.
