Your emotions are your own. Your thoughts are your own. As a matter of fact, the only thing that you have complete control over is your thoughts. So when someone does something that you donít like, when something happens that doesnít make you happy, how you react is based on your thoughts. If you think that youíre going to be upset, youíll be upset. If you think that youíre going to weather the storm, you will weather the storm. Remember: if you smile first, you canít help but feel happy. So donít wait until you feel happy to smile, smile first and let your emotions follow.
