Hi, my name is Miriam, and these are loved moves for your loved ones. We’re going to start on the back, three basic moves.
Place some lotion on your hands; place your hand on the sacrum and one hand on the back of the neck. You’re going to lean in with some of your body weight and you’re going to breath and you’re pick up on the other person’s breathing. You do this so that you can calm down, relax, the more calm you are, the more focused you are, the better the massage.
Move number two: take your hands and glide on both sides of the spine, like so. Do this a couple times. Bend your knees, lean in with your body weight, breathe - stay relaxed.
Move number three: you’re going to glide with your hands up the spine all the way to the neck and back down again. There you go.
