Alright, first move. Let’s say that this leg is bare. You take some lotion on your legs, do not make fists. Do not work on the legs with fists because it doesn’t feel good – you better off working with open hands. So after you apply lotion on your hands, lean in and just glide up and down the leg a couple times – that’s move number one.
Move number two: you can grab the leg and you can bend it like so, so that you get a nice stretch in the quadriceps in the front. When you finish that move, take the leg, move it back and forth, take this hand and apply some pressure; and that’ll feely good on the glutes.
