The key to success in exercising is moving. And it should be done while you thinking about each of the moves, and therefore, you need to move slowly – mind and body should be integrated as your working. For example, mind trains the body – if you want to think about each move, twist as you chop, breathe and you can focus on each of the moves including strengthening your feet and your ankles. Do that ten times on each side and stay focused as you do it and you will be on the way to success.
