Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím the creator of the performance ball. The key to success in strength and conditioning or exercising is dynamic action Ė because itís functional in nature. We move spontaneous and that should be somewhat integrated into our conditioning program. Here is a simple move which is called the Tower of Pisa.
Lift of the weighted ball; carry it as far out, we go into full extension. Stand on one leg and remain on that leg. Then reach across diagonal, try to touch the thigh with your elbow and repeat. Make sure you breathe in both directions so you can stay focused and you have energy to complete the task. Do that ten times in each directions and repeat the cycle for the second set.
