Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím the creator of the performance ball. I would like to show you functional moves. Only strength training can make sense if you also apply functional activities into it. You simply can mimic this with a weighted ball, like the performance ball. Because movement is not standing on two feet or two legs, but in reality, when youíre stepping forward, sideways and backwards. Hereís a simple move.
Step forward, lower yourself, squat, bend over your trunk. Carry the load like a tool or an object, reach out, roll it back up, pick it up and then extend over your head. Repeat the cycle ten times in each leg and each arm and repeat the entire cycle for a second set.
