Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím the author of The Four Way Burn. There is a way to exercise the entire body in three minutes. And there are a few moves that you can do, and I will show them to you.
The first move is: squat and reach at the same time. You repeat that for ten times.
The next move is: knee lift side twist. You repeat that ten times in each direction.
The [inaudible] is another move to reinforce the shoulder girdle for good posture, going each direction for ten times.
Repeat this entire program one extra set and you will cover three minutes.
