Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím the author of The Four Way Burn and the Performance Ball. You donít need to spend a lot of money to get healthy, to get fit, and to stay healthy and to stay fit for the rest of your life. The key to success is working the body as a whole and in the comfort of your home, where you have time. Today, I will show you some moves you can do on your own when ever you feel like it.
First move is the Push and the Pull. The push and the pull is simply squatting down and pushing as out as far as you can the weight of the ball. You can also use dumbbells. Make sure you breathe out on the way down and on the way up, repeat for fifteen repetitions.
