Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím creator of the Performance Ball. Having fun is a very important aspect in making exercising because you only benefit from moving as long as you do these exercises or whatever you do. Very quickly, your body will become stale if you donít move on a regular basis. At the same time, you want to have fun as you do it. Here are some coordinated moves, some fun moves, you can build into your exercise program.
What ever you do, you take that ball, you kick it and you catch it. Try to do that without touching the floor with your moving foot. That by itself strengthens your hip flexor, your standing leg and it builds quickness and reaction time. You can make it more fun, simply having hand clap above the ball as youíre kicking it.
