Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím creator of the Performance Ball. Youíre only as strong as your weakest link. And one of the weakest links are actually your feet, because they are actually taking most abuse, they have to carry the most of the load. Itís not your lower back or your hips, itís your feet.
And simply making fun out of an exercise, standing on one leg, dropping a ball and catching it, can strengthen your feet, your knees and your hips at the same time. Bend over, catch it, and realign yourself.
