Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím the creator of the Performance Ball. The key to strength and conditioning is strength training. But without flexibility, you will not be able to move very far. So, the bottom line is, strength and flexibility training should be applied at the same time. And as simple as it can be, you do not need any machine training for that, the weighted ball will do the trick.
For example, extend and reach out as far as you can behind you. And then lift up one leg, the opposite, and touch with the opposite elbow. Balance training is just as important as strength and flexibility training and comes in handy for functional activities.
