Hello, my name is Ralf Hennig, Iím the creator of the Performance Ball. As you know, many of us have lower back problems.
Simply bending over your truck with a light weighted ball, or it could be a dumbbell, will address strengthening and flexibility of your lower back. Keep your legs fully extended, bend over, reach out, and come back up with control. Lift the ball right over your chest and press the ball into your sternum so you can also address the upper back muscles, your shoulder girdle. Repeat this as you breathing down and on the way up as well Ė ten times. And thatís a good start to building strength, flexibility and muscle endurance.
