Iím here to talk to you about metabolism. Yes you can speed up your metabolism. But the most important thing to do is eat at least five times a day - and that includes breakfast. Hereís why:
Think of your body as a fire place. If you wait until the fire is totally done and you try and throw a bunch of logs on it, obviously youíre not going to start a fire. Itís the same thing with your body when you starve it all day long and then you try and throw a bunch of food on it on night Ė it just sits there, on our hips and our butt. So the best way to speed up that metabolism is first of all, eat breakfast. Make sure you eat a nice balanced breakfast. Whether itís grabbing an apple and yogurt out of the door, just do it, no excuses. Make sure you have a couple of snacks every day and three balanced meals. Donít try and eliminate carbs out of your diet, or sugar or anything else, itís all about balance and having small meals throughout the day.
