Three Ways to Keep The Brain in Shape

There are very simple ways to keep the brain at full speed.
» Step 1
Walk, walk and walk some more. THis is a great exercise as it needs no special equipment. You can walk almost anywhere in any kind of weather. It is great for your mind, body and spirit.
» Step 2
Eat well. Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Fresh fish, and lots of broccoli. Curry, Cumin, cinnamon and rosemary are great for the brain. Vitamin B6 and B12 are excellent choices for brain health. Do this daily!
» Step 3
Use the old noggin. Do crossword puzzles, sudoku, wordgames, and change your routine daily. Learn something new like a dance, musical instrument, a class in gardening, computers. Just do it!
