Hello guys, my nameís Jerry Hoskey. I am a psychic, Iím also a fitness trainer. Iím going to show you a simple exercise for the front of your arms, called your biceps. You can get these resistance tubings at any store - Walmart, Target, wherever. Stand on them, shoulders are back, chest is high. Blow on the way up, and curl and hit the side of your chest. It looks like this. Hold the top briefly, inhale down. Blow on the way up, hold, inhale down. If you notice the side, my shoulders are way back, and Iím only going halfway up, Iím not going way up here, which gives me a rest. By only going halfway up, thatís the peak contraction of bicep, and it really burns them. Also by dragging it on the side of the body, itís better in the lower back.
