Welcome. I’m Dr. Jerriann Taber, and I teach eyerobics at the Vision Training Institute. What would it be like if you could read the paper or drive your car without glasses or contacts? Would you like to improve your vision? This is just one of the many eyerobics techniques that will help you. This is called the “finger swing.” Put the finger in front of the nose, look slightly downward. Pivot your head from shoulder to shoulder. As you go to the right, the finger moves to the left. Do this for 15 swings. Then close your eyes and feel the finger pass from side to side for 15 swings. Take a deep breath, open, continue this process for six minutes.
