AWESOME, EASY, YUMMY DESSERT

» Introduction
This Holiday knock their socks off with my awesome, yet easy, yummy dessert. When it SIZZLES, and it SIZZLES, turn off the heat. Oh, YEAH! It's time to EAT!
» Step 1
Gather ye supplies while ye may!

1 PAN, any pan will do, the wider the better.

1 CAN SLICED PEACHES, juice doesn't matter, it will be discarded.

1 STICK UNSALTED BUTTER

1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR (can add or subtract to taste)

1 SHAKER of GROUND CINNAMON

1 WOODEN SPOON

1 or 2 CONTAINERS ULTRA PREMIUM VANILLA ICE CREAM

1 ICE CREAM SCOOP (a really strong spoon will do)

GOBLETS and SPOONS to eat with
» Step 2
Did you get everything?

Well done.

Discard the peach juice, either in the can or with a strainer.

Now, off to the stove.

Set a low flame for the pan.

Coat the entire bottom of the pan with the unsalted butter.

You won't need the whole stick.

Don't burn your fingers.

When you see tiny bubbles in the pan, put in the strained peaches.

Spread them out.

Do not let them pile on top of each other.

Sprinkle the ground cinammon on top of the peaches.

Cover the entire surface.

Take your wooden spoon and stir everything well.

Don't worry if some peaches break up.

They taste the same!

Spread them out again.

Sprinkle with cinnamon again.

Look for little bubbles again.

Now we add the sugar.

Pour it over the whole surface.

Slowly stir it as the sugar disolves.

Put your nose to work.

Do you smell toffee or maybe caramel?

If not, you will soon.

Keep stirring slowly.

Do not allow to burn.

You are looking for a thick, syruppy consistency.

When almost everything sizzles, take it off of the flame.

Put pan on a cool surface of stove.

Get ready to serve and eat.
» Step 3
Did you make it thus far unscathed?

Good job!

Scoop the ice cream into the goblets.

Spoon in the syrup.

Place a few slices of peaches on top.

ENJOY!!!
