Learn the biggest mistake salespeople make when handling objections and an easy step you can do to turn objections into sales.
Hi, I’m Wendee Mason and this is how to handle objections. Lots of sales people are good at selling but they fall apart when they comes to an objection.
So what you have to do is you need to find the prospect’s fear when they hand you an objection. Remember as soon as you hear those words objection or anything that sounds like it you need to smile and breathe, slow down.
Here’s a good objection that people give you all the time: it cost too much. The biggest fear is they think you’re ripping them off or they’re not getting a good value. So you need to ask them if they think that they can get a better deal elsewhere or you could ask a simple question: “well how much, too much” and then all you have to do is handle the “how much, too much” instead of the whole price.
So if you break it down, listen to the objection, remain calm, there’s a good chance you can overcome that objection. I’m Wendee Mason, smartworkshops.com
