Learn the four steps to selling your product or service that will get your prospect involved in the buying process and say yes!
Hi, Iím Wendee Mason and this is the four step sales process. Most sales people know how to do features and benefits. But if you want your prospect to get involved youíll add the sizzle and hook.
So the four steps are feature, benefit, sizzle, hook.
A feature is a fact about your product. Follow up immediately with the benefit of that feature. Then tell a little sizzle story: a sizzle story is a story of the prospect enjoying that benefit of that feature and then follow up with a trial close or the hook. How did you like that story or does that work for you or do you see the benefit of that?
If you can do that for every feature that you have for your product or service; youíre going to have an involved prospect.
