My name is Larry Faircloth and I am a stress management therapist. We teach you how to relax and learn it permanently so you can cope with all this frustrations throughout the day.
We do it through 6 steps, the hpa pathway, which is the hypothalamus, the pituitary, and the adrenal glands which creates that cortisol that can add weight to your body, physically through our sitting in a chair with the yoga stretching.
PMR which is tensing up and releasing all that stress in your muscles. Autogenic, which is warm and heavy to relieve you of all that negative forces in your body.
Then we go into mental; we also teach you how to breathe properly. You’ve heard of taking a deep breath and going on. Then we go into to mindfulness and meditation so that you will learn how to let go, and learn with imaginary; where to find your happy place. Call us and relax.
