Here we go. Three. Youíre working the chest, youíre working the tricep. Bicep curl, bring it back down, turn the hand, lateral raise. Beautiful. So as we go along, as we progress with this workout, what weíll do is weíll learn basic exercises. The abs tighten, grip the toes into the floor. That helps with your balance. Donít forget to breathe, youíve got to breathe. Iím gonna do those mini crunches from here. This is very advanced. If youíre beginning, donít do these.
