Hi. My name is Phyllis Wilson, and the title of my video is: Releasing the Past and Embracing the Present. And, you’re probably thinking, “How do I release?”
Well, the first thing I’ve learned to do is write down what are the things that are holding you back from being all that you need to be, to yourself and others and society as a whole, and in order to move on with your present and embrace it, moving into your future, once you release all that baggage to give you room to be able to embrace your present and your future.
