Hi, my name is Ryan Jones. I’m here today to teach you how to do a front flip off the trampoline. I’m here with Megan Ethel - Megan’s going to be our wake board student for today - doing a front flip off the trampoline. The thing that Megan is going to start with is, first: recognizing her up from her down. That means that when she peaks out of her jump, she is going to recognize and say, “Now!” That’s when she’s going to do her flip. So Megan’s going to jump down and instead of throwing her upper body for the flip, today we’re going to try to just throw our lower body for the flip. So, you ready? Ok, let’s do a set [inaudible]…now…now…now, nice. Now…now…now…woo, nice.
