How to motivate yourself in one minute or less. Two step process. 1) Track your successes daily. 2) Be in gratitude with what you already have in your life.
Hi. My name is Roque Torres, and Iím going to teach you how to motivate yourself in a minute or less. Itís a two step process.
The first thing you want to do is you want to track your success. So you get out a paper and you track your successes. Now, what you focus on matters, so maybe you were able to overcome something, maybe you paid out a bill that you wanted to pay, something you did that you were avoiding that you got done. That is focusing on your success.
The second step is: be in gratitude. Be grateful for the things that you have. Maybe you have a dog, maybe you donít, but maybe you have a spouse, maybe you donít, but what you have you want to focus on that and you want to be in gratitude. Because if you focus on what you have and not on what you donít have, you will be motivated. So, thereís your two steps.
First, track you success, right, the things you have done and focus on that, and track what you can be thankful for. These two things should keep you motivated all the time. Is that understood? Great!
