I travel tons, flying in and out of town, and many times, I donít have time to cook for myself. And how do you stay healthy when youíre in that situation? Well, what you can do is, frozen foods. Not so much the processed ones, but frozen veggies and frozen fruit. Believe it or not, you can actually make smoothies with your frozen fruit, just take a little shortcut out of adding the actual fresh fruit. And, frozen vegetables. You can actually cook up a really good quick meal by adding sauces and whatever protein you want along with your frozen vegetables by throwing it into your microwave.
