Hi. My name is Scott Weiner, I’m a hypnotist with offices in Manhattan and Westchester. Today, I’d like to share with you a really easy way how you can relax easily and instantly.
You can begin by taking five to ten slow and deep breaths, and then each time you exhale, you can say to yourself, “Let go” and let go of any thoughts, concerns, considerations - just let them go. And each time you inhale, say to yourself, “Relax” inhale the ears of relaxation and as they enter into your body allow yourself to relax. Say to yourself each time you inhale, “Let go”. Each time you inhale say, “Relax” and feel those waves of relaxation all the way from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet.
