It is a technique taught by Sirshee Tejparkhiji, a living maestro. The technique essentially completes every meditation with the assumption that meditation is incomplete unless the doer of the meditation is annulated.
So the technique is as follows: at the end of every meditation ask yourself, who is it who’s doing this meditation. Tell yourself turn around and watch the watcher. Say you’re meditating on the breath, at the end of the meditation, tell yourself, turn around, who is it who’s watching the breathe. The moment you do this the mind falls, the meditator is annulated. The purpose of meditation is achieved. That completes meditation because you are not supposed to do meditation; you have to just be meditation. Thank you.
