Hi. Iím Breean Brasile. I work at East Village Movements. Iím a professional dancer, a certified Gyrotonic instructor, and a body contour instructor. And Iím going to teach how to do exercises to tone your biceps.
*Your going to take a theraband, stand with your feet hip-width distance apart,
*pull your bellybutton in towards you spine,
*and lengthen the crown of your head towards the ceiling.
*Youíre going to have your arms down by your sides, and most importantly,
*pull your elbows towards your sides and donít allow them to move.
*Youíre going to hold the therband tight and pull your hands up towards your shoulders,
*and lengthen down.
*Inhale, pull the hands up towards your shoulders andÖ
*exhale, lengthen down by your sides.
*Youíre going to turn your hands out, same thing:
*Inhale, up towards your shoulders, andÖ
