Hi, Iím Dr. Lin Morel and today Iím here to give you 5 simple keys to manage stress. Everybodyís got it and everybody has the ability to breathe. So right now wherever you are take a deep breath in and let it go. Great! When youíre driving the same thing works for traffic.
Secondly pay attention to your body, your body needs more attention when youíre under stress. Acknowledge yourself; be grateful that you have all the tools to handle it.
Third, enlist friends and supporters to support you.
Fourth take the time to be still. Know yourself when youíre not under stress and know your stress triggers.
And work out, number five, work out a plan of attack for when stress hits you, youíre not floored. You have the tools necessary in advance and if you donít, trust your own intuition.
