How to use the most important time of the day to program your mind for success.
My name’s Debbie Friedman, and I’m here today to give you a tip for really programming your mind for success. Before you go to bed at night, write out four things, so that you’re programming your mind for success as you sleep. The first thing is to write out ten good things that happened to you that day, or ten good things that you did. The second is to write a list of ten things you are grateful for. The third thing is to really review your day, and find one thing that you would do differently if you had the opportunity to do it differently. The fourth is to write out a full page of affirmations – powerful, positive, first-person, present tense, as if it has already happened. And we know affirmations most powerfully begin with the words “I am.” So with that, you are programming your mind to truly begin to create – as your body is asleep, your mind is still awake and out there creating your new day ahead.
