Hi. Iím Jennifer Benesch. Iím here at East Village Movements. Iím a certified Pilates and Gyrotonic instructor. Iím going to show you how to get great glutes today. Take a theraband, hold both ends in between your thumb and forefinger, on the same side, send your foot between the loop. Draw the knee in, pull your navel towards your spine and take a deep inhale through your nose. As you exhale, stretch the leg behind you, kicking through the band, engaging the glute and keeping your navel towards your spine. Bend the knee in, and go in again, breathing out as you stretch. For more of a workout, stay out and pulse up with the heel ten times. Hold, bend the knee in, and lower down.
