My name is Donna Thompson. We all love to dance but hate to go to the gym. Iíve combined the two into my cardio dance fusion workout. Iím going to be using a medicine ball, Karenís going to be using a dumbbell, and weíre going to get your groove thing on after 40 and get that body back. Letís get started warming up the shoulders - around the world, stretching, getting the joint mobility warmed up, adding the obliques, the abdominals. The hips, warming up the legs.
