Hi, my nameís Lucas. Iím going to teach you how to do a backflip off a wall. First thing you have to do is decide which leg you want to take off the ground from. And then, for me, Iím a righty, so I take off with my right leg from the wall. And then you have to decide how far away from the wall youíre going to be when you start. So you want two good steps in, and then a push off the wall. Next thing you want to do is choose what surface youíre going to jump off from. Make sure itís hard, that youíre not going to kick through it, that itís probably flat - slanted makes it more complicated - and that youíre not going to slip. If youíre doing it off a tree, scrape off all the bark first before you try it. Also, if this is your first or maybe first few times doing it, you might want a spotter, they just have to stand to the side of the wall, and then make sure that your feet go over your head.
