Hey guys, my name is Tyler, this is how to balance on the back of your neck.
..Simple move, just toss it up and bend down, alright? You’re going to catch the ball right between your shoulder blades and your neck. The important thing to remember is as the ball comes down, you got to watch it come down – you have to bend with the ball. You toss the ball up, catch it with the back of your neck. Practice that for a while until you feel comfortable, alright? Now after that, you start from the ground, simple pick up, eventually you work it up to your head – there you have it.
