Hello. Iím Christopher Harrison, president of Anti-Gravity, and this is an anti-gravity yoga technique, itsí helped to heal back pain.
First thing you do is you sit in to a soft trapeze and you pull it underneath your knees.
Second, you grab the back side and you push it down to your pant line and you lean back.
Third, you let your hands slide up and you open your legs.
You reverse the process to come back up. The tension in the hammock will actually keep you from falling out. If you do this technique everyday, it will help you to heal your back-pain.
