Flagging for Review
Hello. Iím Christopher Harrison; and Iím here to teach you an Anti-Gravity Yoga technique. This one is called: The Flying Pigeon.
First, you capture your silk hammock under your knee.
The next thing you do, is you catch you foot inside the hammock, so your knee and you foot are inside, and you grab up top and you learn forward. As you do, youíre getting a terrific stretch.
Also, if you do the same thing if you lean backwards, I guarantee that this is giving you a great stretch underneath your leg. And, if you find that youíre sitting at a computer a lot during the day, this is a really terrific stretch for you.
Iím Christopher Harrison, thatís another Anti-Gravity Yoga technique: The Flying Pigeon.
