Hello. Iím Christopher Harrison, president of Anti-Gravity, and this is another Anti-Gravity Yoga technique. This one is called: Front Flip and it is just for fun.
You start with your Anti-Gravity, silk hammock behind your back, arms come around. They do wrap one, wrap two, and they grab on tight.
You push your arms straight out and you rotate your shoulders downward. Now youíre going to put your nose to your knees and kick your foot at exactly the same time.
Thatís the Aerial Front Flip. Make sure you have a mat underneath you and itís probably best if you have a spotter with you the first time.
