*You start first with your silk hammock behind your back.
*Your wrap your hands around once, twice, and then you wrap your hands around a third time and you grab on, andÖ
*allow your arms to go straight.
*Leaning back, youíre going to pull both of your knees up to a tuck position first andÖ
*go into a balance.
*From here, you look backwards at the ground andÖ
*you kick on e leg out at a time, and..
