Often people think that meditation is a wonderful thing, but we never get around to doing it because it seems very complicated. This is your one minute instruction to open this door for you. You need to sit for 10 minutes with an alarm clock or some little thing that will go off so you donít think about how long this is going to take. Youíre not going to worry about that.
You want to sit cross-legged preferably for westerners about three, some cushion that will bring you 3 inches up, so that your spine is erect. Now youíre sitting comfortably; your eyes are closed. You may have a candle, incense is nice that focuses your attention and those thoughts you just let them be like clouds that are passing. Meditation is like sleep, you can not force sleep it comes to you. You just create the conditions for it and once you start this, do it daily. It will change your life.
