There are 2 critical ways to do that: number one: delight your customers. Understand what they need and provide massive value to them. Make sure that quality is an important part of the product or service that youíre offering.
The second part is to engage with your customers. Find ways to communicate the benefits of your products or service and then talk with them. Boston has Red Sox nation, Nike has running clubs. What can you do in your business to create more and more experiences and inter-actions with your customers?
