Hi, my nameís Leesa Osborn, Iím here to talk to you about Koga. Itís a new fitness workout that combines the strength and stamina of kick boxing with the control of yoga and they seem like really two extremes, but whatís fantastic about it is that they melt so well together. And anyone can do this; itís designed for all types of people from youngsters to middle-aged to senior citizens to anybody. If youíre handicapped in anyway you can still do this.
Itís about getting yourself motivated and moving.
