Hi, my name is Stacy Smith, and Iím going to teach you in sixty seconds how to relax. Are you stressed right now? Iím sure you are. If youíre breathing, youíre stressed.
So what youíre going to do is take five slow, deep breaths. I learned while I was planning my wedding -ready? Here we go. [Starts breathing in a meditative manner]
If I run out of time: five slow, deep breaths, youíll feel better after three, but go for all five. Iím going to go for my second right now. Youíll automatically start to feel better, five slow, deep breaths.
