Hi, my name is Diane, and Iíd like to speak to you about five keys to wellness.
The first key would be to drink pure water. Our waters today have high lead and metals in them, so go out and buy yourself a purifier to decrease the amount of lead thatís coming into your water.
Secondly, get plenty of rest. Your body needs to sleep to regenerate itself from the day.
The third thing: is to get exercise. Your body needs to burn the fat and to improve your cardio vascular system.
The fourth: is to stop eating processed food. Itís only brining toxins into your body, which by the way, increases your fat cells so the organs can protect themselves so they donít get damaged.
