Hello, my name is Sam Horn. I’m the author of a book called Conzentrate, which tennis champion, Billie Jean King, said is the perfect guide for gaining the mental edge, fulfilling your potential so you can perform you best. Would you like to know how to regain your concentration if you lose it?
Well, think of your mind as a camera and your eyes as the aperture. When you’re concentrating, you’re in telephoto focus. When you lose your concentration, you become distracted and you’re noticing many other things. Do what golf champion Tiger Woods does - use your hands as blinkers, because if you put your hands around your eyes, you are literally and figuratively shutting out the distractions so that they are out of sight, out of mind.
