Number one. I make quick meals. What I always do is, I buy things pre-chopped. Now you can do that, right? You donít have to chop the onion. Iím gonna press it first, I press it so that releases the flavor. I can steam some veggies while Iím doing this, so in ten minutes, Iíll have a simple, healthy, delicious meal. Is that delicious or what? It smells great, doesnít it? Iím gonna make it even better. Hereís my cream, notice? I blend up the tofu, it turns to cream, right? Now, the beauty of this is, tofu is just protein. So by putting this in my chicken, Iím just adding some extra protein. Now Iíve gone from just a simple stir fry, to now Iíve got this delicious saucy.
